Our guests will be able to enjoy the home away from home comforts. These apartments are a must for any traveller looking for that little bit more. The kitchens are fully equipped with a full size refrigerator, kettle, toaster, microwave and fully stocked cabinets with dishes, cookware and utensils. Our guests will be able to live as they would at home, with the option of cooking and preparing their own meals in the kitchen. Laundry facilities are an added bonus in 2 bedroom apartments.
Terms & Conditions
Check-in & Check-out
• Check-in: 2:00 PM. Early check-in is available but subject to availability on arrival.
• If checking in after 6:00 PM, please call reception to arrange your check-in. A late fee of $50 will apply if arrangements are not made.
• Check-out: 10:00 AM. Late check-out is available for a small fee and subject to availability.
Identification
• A valid form of photo identification must be supplied to process your check-in.
Payments & Surcharges
• All payments made with debit or credit cards will incur a 2.2% surcharge.
Bond
• A minimum bond of $150 is required on a valid credit card belonging to the guest.
• For agency or departmental bookings, a $300 bond is required.
Zero Tolerance Policy
• Any abusive or threatening behaviour towards staff or guests will result in immediate eviction and loss of bond.
Parking
• Parking is available on-site for $10 per night.
Lost or Damaged Keys
• A $10 replacement fee per key will apply for any lost or damaged keys.
Guest Numbers
• The number of guests must not exceed the number specified in the booking. Failure to adhere will result in a $100 charge per extra person, per night.
• Additional guests using rollaway beds/sofas will incur a charge of $35 per night.
Animals
• Pets are not permitted on the property.
Noise Policy
• Noise must be kept to a minimum for the comfort of all guests.
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM.
• Excessive noise will result in a warning, and failure to comply may lead to immediate eviction without refund.
• Parties of any kind are strictly prohibited and will result in bond forfeiture.
Cancellations
• Full payment or a corporate purchase order is required upon reservation.
• There is a strict no-cancellation or refund policy.
• Changes to reservations may be made, subject to availability, and additional charges may apply.
Non-Smoking, Drug, and Nang-Free Policy
• All apartments are STRICTLY NON-SMOKING and drug-free.
• Smoking, illegal drug use, or evidence of either will result in a minimum $300 cleaning charge per offence.
• Nang use is prohibited, and evidence of such will forfeit the bond.
Damages
• The guest signing the reservation form is responsible for the apartment and its contents. Any damages or losses caused by them or their visitors will be charged accordingly.
Cleaning
• Excessive cleaning charges will apply if the apartment is left in an unacceptable state. Additional charges will be processed using the card supplied at check-in.
Window Locks
• Apartments are equipped with window locks for guest safety. These must not be removed or adjusted. Inner City Apartments accepts no responsibility for damage or injury caused by tampering with window locks.
Lockout Fee
• If locked out of your room, a $100 call-out fee will apply for after-hours assistance (5:00 PM to 8:00 AM).
Limit of Liability
• Inner City Apartments is not liable for injury, damage, loss, delay, or additional expenses caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to war, civil disturbance, terrorism, fire, floods, equipment failure, maintenance issues, or industrial action.
